Well-Being Maintenance part 2

Assalamu'alaikum, how you doing?

 In my previous post Well-Being Maintenance part 1 I shared three things which helped me through my stay-home during this pandemic. Two more things I wanna share with you all guys, things which currently I adapting and been giving me positive impacts. When I think about this over and over again I realized I could have done this when we were still able to do our activities freely but there's nothing  too late isn't it? in fact, switching to virtual had given me more chances to communicate and share things with more people, this one of the positive thing which born from the boredome from being indoor.๐Ÿ˜Š



 So here are the things that I wanna share;

1. Spread the positive vibes 
   I mentioned in my previous post how important it is to find or create positive vibes to keep us going well, now what to do when we have found it? spread it! How? there are many ways to do that, for example: turn it into a piece of writing, it could be motivational writing, tips, poem or even an inspiring short story then post it on social media or if you have a chance to join a workshop for literacy you could share it, now days social media is one of the best tool to share. while for myself I do post on social media, this article for example, also currently I am a team leader of uplifters, every month I have to guide around 20 students to go through the lesson, at some certain point I have to motivate and share my story as well to keep everyone motivated to finish the lessons and get benefits from the course. It pushes me to keep on communicating well and understand how is their situation and try to figure out what best to help them.

2. Note down at least 3 daily little goals and 3 daily little joys
 Little? yes. Why it is important to start with something small? because most of the time we tend to act big but often end up without any achievement for some reason. Daily goals will keep you stay motivated on daily activities as you know what you are aiming for, as it is little goals you will feel less pressure and even no pressure at all, even call your your family at the end of the day could be one of daily goal. Achieving your little goals is something to be happy for, hence note down your little joys as your achievements, it might seem small but it does wonders, trust me!. After adapting this routine from Uplifters I realized how wonderful it is to be able to appreciate every little achievement and joy that we got on our daily routine. it creates positive vibes which turn the negativity into something useful, keeping our mental health stable. I encourage you to begin with just 3 goals and affirmation in the morning and note down 3 little joys/achievements daily, it could be more but again it is important to take a small step while we are slowly progressing. 

Having someone who all ears whenever you need someone to talk to it's a great thing that we have, now, how about sharing that bless by being a good listener? sometime we just need to listen in order to help, listen NOT judge. Trying to understand the situation by trying to put ourself in their shoes.
